Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of MindBento.

1. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement. If you use MindBento for an organization, you must have its permission.

2. Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. You give MindBento permission to store, process, copy, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service according to your settings and instructions. You must have the rights needed to provide and share it.

MindBento’s software, design, and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Using the service does not transfer those rights to you.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use MindBento for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, spam, malware, or attempts to bypass access controls. Do not access another person’s private content without permission or disrupt the service. We may restrict abusive activity to protect users and the service.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide other people’s information and for choosing appropriate access and sharing settings.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but features may change and interruptions can happen. Keep copies of information you cannot afford to lose and review information before relying on it.

6. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the extent the law permits that exclusion. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using MindBento at any time. Save content you are entitled to keep before deleting your account or losing access. We may suspend access for a serious breach, security threat, or legal requirement. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms and will give notice of material changes before they take effect unless an urgent legal or security reason requires otherwise. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
